It’s time for our annual year-end meeting & holiday dinner!
Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Location: Darcy’s Restaurant and Spirits
Time: 4:00pm (arrival beginning at 3:30pm)
Club Member Price: $17 per person (one meal with paid individual membership, two meals with paid family membership)
Non-Member Price: $34
The event will kick off with a brief club meeting, which includes a drawing to select recipients of the club's year-end donations and officer elections.
Be sure to pre-pay for your meal(s) by November 28th - there will be NO same day payments accepted. This price includes tax and tip, but no alcoholic beverages.
What to expect:
3:30pm Meet & Greet
4:00pm Meeting (drawing for year-end donations, officer/board of directors voting)
5:00pm Dinner
6:00pm Gift Exchange
If you would like to participate in the White Elephant style gift exchange, please bring one wrapped gift valued at around $25 dollars for each person who would like to participate.

In order to give enough time for food to be planned, please prepay for your meal by Friday, November 28, 2025. If you do not pre-pay for your meal(s) by this date, you will not be able to attend the dinner.
